I just wanted to let you know how much my business has appreciated our relationship with Go Mini’s since we switched from Pods last year. With you being local, I don’t have to wait to get a box when we need one fast. Being in the disaster recovery business, our customers can’t wait for a week when the washer hose breaks. Your Go Mini’s has always been quick to help us out when we needed it.
When I first looked in to switching from Pods it was mostly due to price and Go Mini’s pricing was better. What I did not expect was the great service improvement we have seen by your being local and so customer oriented.
Now there are new people in Jacksonville, Pack Rat and Units, who have been calling trying to get our business away from Go Mini’s. Even though they are offering price discounts and even free boxes, we won’t switch. Your consistent service and pricing and helpfulness have made us a loyal Go Mini’s customer. Keep it up and we’re staying where we are.

Your product, the Go Mini’s, was just what we needed with our move. We needed to store some furniture, dishes and extra accessories while showing our home to sell. My husband needed to store a lot of his tools from the garage. We boxed our items and placed them in the mini and had you store them for about three weeks. Then we had you deliver our loaded mini to our new home where we unloaded the boxes. Not one item moved and all our items were just as we had boxed and loaded them. My husband was so pleased with your early delivery and quick pick up when we were through.
This was a very good experience for us not to mention very cost effective. To be able to load and unload our items once saved time and energy.

I want to thank you and your employees for the excellent service that we received from your firm.
We completed our move on December 4, 2005, and partially due to your efficiency and promptness, our move went extremely well. Renting your transport containers and being able to keep our items in storage for the weeks that we had between our new home being finished and our former home being sold allowed us to minimize the work in loading and unloading our belongings.
Being able to take our time to load and unload the containers was extremely helpful as we were not under a time constraint and we were able to do so at our convenience.
Your containers were clean and well maintained and when I visited your storage lot, I appreciated the safety of our belongings because of the way you parked your units so the doors could no be entered.
I would definitely use your firm again and we have and will continue to recommend you to people who have a need.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service and convenience we received from G0 MINI’S during our move to Wisconsin.
Since the closings on the old and new homes were more than one month apart, we did not want to move everything twice. Using the mini’s allowed us to pack up when we needed to, store our belongings in a safe environment as long as we required, and the flexibility to schedule moving in when we wanted to. All GO MINI’S personnel treated us in a courteous, thoughtful manner.
We would highly recommend moving using GO MINI’S. It was a great solution for us.
